Mr. Shah joined SoftBank Capital in 2005 and is based in southern California. He specializes in evaluating new investments and markets. He has over 8 years of operating experience in the wireless industry.

Prior to joining SoftBank Capital, Mr. Shah served as a product manager and project leader at Ericsson for a number of new wireless technologies. He also analyzed the market potential of various wireless products. Prior to Ericsson, he worked for QUALCOMM, where he promoted CDMA technology in Asia. Mr. Shah has also previously conducted diligence for venture capital firms as a consultant.

Mr. Shah received MBA from Thunderbird and graduated with Beta Gamma Sigma. He also received an MBA and BSEE from Gujarat University in India. Mr. Shah passed Level 2 of the CFA exam in 2005.
