Ms. Dyer joined SoftBank Capital in 2000 and has over 10 years of accounting and finance experience. As the Controller for SoftBank Capital, Ms. Dyer is responsible for the financial oversight of SoftBank's venture funds including the accounting, investor reporting and cash management functions for SoftBank's partnerships and related entities.

In previous positions with SoftBank Capital, Ms. Dyer has been responsible for the accounting and reporting of SoftBank Group's international subsidiaries and has assisted in the development of its foreign investment partnership structures. Prior to joining SoftBank, Ms. Dyer spent four years in the audit division of Arthur Andersen LLP.

Ms. Dyer holds a Bachelor of Science, with honors, from Boston College's Wallace E. Carroll School of Management and is a Certified Public Accountant.
